NOTE: As of now you must have a Original Character with at LEAST 50 posts to apply for a Plot Character. This way we dont have a bunch of high level benders all over the place. And your Bending/Non-Bending Level is Equivilent to the Plot Character you are applying for. Earth King is obviously Master, but a Envoy is probably a Intermediate or maybe Advanced. AND for now you are only allowed 1 Plot Character.
