Once called the capitol city of The Fire Nation, it was renamed 'The City of the Joined Blood' after its taking, and has since become the capitol of The Burning Legion. The old palace has been taken and renovated for the purposes of The Execution Squad, and currently the throne is held by their leader Sanosuke, who has the final say in all decisions made throughout the lands. Unofficially, he is the undisputed leader and holds the most power of any of the regional governors as a large portion of the growing military resides in The City. The city's area of influence is smaller than the other regions but it is made up for in its obvious holding of a large portion of both military and political power.
